* When filled completely it’s a bit heavy, so I only fill it to about 70–80% for better comfort. It heats up quickly and provides great relaxation for the neck and shoulders.
* The U-shape design hugs the neck nicely and stays comfortable even while working. The fabric cover is soft and doesn’t irritate the skin at all.
